Registration as a partner does not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, client acquisition, or returns.
3. Independent Relationship
Partners registered through this platform operate as independent entities. This registration does not create an employer-employee, franchise, or joint venture relationship with Saving Mantra. Partners are responsible for their own statutory and regulatory compliance, taxation, and business obligations.
4. Use of Services and Intellectual Property
All software, tools, branding materials, and proprietary content provided by Saving Mantra remain the exclusive property of Saving Mantra. Partners may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or misuse any of these assets without prior written consent.
5. Data Privacy
Information collected during partner registration will be processed in accordance with Saving Mantra's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Saving Mantra may use this information for communication, verification, service delivery, and improvement purposes.
6. Compliance with Laws
Partners must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations while using Saving Mantra's services or representing its products. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the partnership.
7. Limitation of Liability
Saving Mantra shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the partner's use of the platform, services, or products. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
8. Right to Modify or Terminate

9. Dispute Resolution
