- Account information: name, mobile number, email address, PAN, GSTIN and other identifiers provided during registration.
- Business information: firm name, address, services offered, client details added by you.
- Usage information: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address.
- Communications: support tickets, OTPs, emails and other correspondence.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your Partner account.
- To deliver the services available through the Partner Portal (compliance, accounting, taxation, payroll, marketing, advisory, etc.).
- To send transactional messages (OTPs, alerts, due-date reminders).
- To improve our products, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers (SMS gateways, email providers, payment processors, hosting partners) acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality.
- With your end-clients only to the extent required to deliver the service you have configured.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Partner Portal.

The Partner Portal is intended for business users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
