Welcome to Saving Mantra. By accessing or using our Partner Portal and the services offered through it, you ("Partner") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Saving Mantra Partner or by using any feature of the Partner Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law (or the law of your home country, if applicable). Partners providing services from outside India are responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.
3. Partner Account
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Saving Mantra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
4. Services and Use
The Partner Portal provides tools for managing clients, compliance, accounting, taxation, payroll, marketing, advisory and related modules. You agree to use these services only for lawful business purposes and in line with the documentation provided.
5. Fees, Commissions & Payments
Any commercial terms (subscription fees, partner commissions, referral payouts) will be communicated separately and form part of these Terms when accepted by you. Taxes such as GST or TDS will be applied as per applicable Indian law.
6. Confidentiality & Data
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public client and business information accessed through the platform. Handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks and materials available on the Partner Portal are the property of Saving Mantra or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saving Mantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership by providing written notice. Saving Mantra may suspend access immediately in case of breach of these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
