By creating an account on, or otherwise using, the Saving Mantra Client Portal (the "Platform"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of India to use the Platform. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.
Saving Mantra is a marketplace and workflow platform that lets clients request services across compliance, legal, registration, accounting, GST, income tax, webstore, web booking, digital marketing, import-export and multi-channel business categories. Services may be delivered by Saving Mantra, its affiliates, or empanelled partners.
Service-specific terms. Individual services may carry their own scope of work, timelines, fees and refund rules which will be presented at the time of order. Those service-specific terms form part of these Terms.
The Platform, its design, source code, brand, trademarks and content are the exclusive property of Saving Mantra and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Platform without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay due fees, submit false information, or use the Platform in a way that exposes us, our partners, or other users to risk. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@savingmantra.com; data retention will follow our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saving Mantra’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform or any service is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the city of our registered office.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
